Between all of the different dark knight movies, comic books and other batman media, figuring out how batman came to be is a challenging task.. The Dark Knight has so many spinoffs that finding out the full detailed history is something only the original writers might know. With all that in mind, its fairly simple to get the general idea of how Dark knight came to be.

Batman or Bruce Wayne was son of a very well-off Thomas Wayne and it wasn't until one horrific night after a cinema that the young waynes path in life would be set into a new direction.. While coming home from a cinema, the Wayne family found itself in the worst part of Gotham, an area known as crime alley. This is where bruces life would suddenly change directions. In this Crime alley, Bruce's family would be robbed and right in front of his very eyes, by an unkown thief. It would have been easy enough for the mugger to just take the families belongings but decided to kill them as well right in front of the young Bruce while leavin him at their side. It was a while until the cops had arrived, and when they did there was some questions on what to do with young Bruce. His family trusted butler Alfred Pennyworth took the role of bruce's family to keep him out of the foster system.
